Window like a Wheel

I often talk about the need to treat your subject as though they’re on a potters wheel and move around them. Get as many angles as possible. Here’s an example of using a single window and the light from it to create a few different looks with Carrie at Ark. Spot metered for the brightest part of her and then walked around to get the different looks.

It’s something you can try at home during the lockdown, have a play and be ready for the artistic breakout once the bans are lifted.
