A bit of fun to finish the SKIN Workshop last month at Ark. Would you like us to repeat it in October?
Stretched some polythene between two V Flats and faced them towards a window with black sides pointing to camera. This formed a box into which we put Georgia and then shot a series of images as she posed and then broke out of the plastic.
Metering and manual exposure are key here. Auto focus would cause too many shots to focus on the sheet and not the figure and so a manual focus on Georgia was the order of the day. Metered, under exposed so only the real high lights were recorded and the contrast was high.
